Pole's Big Adventure released in Japan

Takao Miyoshi's latest game Pole's Big Adventure was released on Japan's Virtual Console today for 500 Wii Points. The game sees the Pole the Sheriff traversing the land in order to save his girlfriend, Sharon, from the evil Poacher.

GameTrailers released another video of the game yesterday, this time showcasing the second world which is set in the jungle. These levels are just as weird as the first - you even change into a different, more heroic character at one point. It also seems that the usually deadly water does not affect you!

Apparently, the full game features over one hundred levels. That sounds good as many of the levels on the videos are extremely short! I hope some reviews of the game are released soon, then us in the West can find out if the game is any good.
