Unfortunately, there isn't much Sega-based news in this week's Famitsu. There is a lovely Phoenix Wright cover, however.
A new blog for the gassy RPG End of Eternity, known as Resonance of Fate in the West, has just been launched. The official blog, written by members of tri-Ace, is set to feature new details on the game, as well as screenshots and trailers. The game is due for release in Winter 2009/Spring 2010.
There is news on Sega's upcoming puzzler Puyo Puyo 7, including character information for apple girl Ringo Ando. New screenshots have been released, and there are some free downloadable wallpapers of random actress Erika Toda, who is endorsing the game.
Platinum Games' upcoming sci-fi RPG Infinite Space will be playable at the Akihabara Sofmap on May 30th, from 12:00pm-5:00pm. That is if you trust the translation, however. The game's website has also been updated with new details, including a release date of June 11th.
In Famitsu's "Press Start - Symphony of Games" concert this year, to be held on August 2nd in the Tokyo Metropolitan Art Space, numbers from Fantasy Zone will be performed. Two medleys are planned, the first containing music from Rounds 1-3, a boss and Game Over; the second containing music from Round 5, the shop, another boss, and the ending.
That concludes this week's Famitsu news. Unfortunately the website where I get Famitsu's latest scores doesn't work, so I can't see how their latest games have been received. Oh well.
See Volume 1065 here.
