Hey, I recognise him!One of the characters in the recently announced Wii game Wacky World of Sports bears a striking resemblance to a certain anime character.
The character in question in Naruto Uzumaki, from the aptly-named cartoon Naruto. Both characters have similar spiky blonde hair and headbands, although the Wacky version is wearing different clothes from his anime counterpart. No orange jumpsuits in sight!

But the character in Wacky World of Sports is called Sasuke Lee, Sasuke and Lee being characters in Naruto. It is therefore a clear reference to the cartoon, not just a coïncidence!
On a side note, I find the pronunciation of Naruto annoying. I assumed it was (emphasis in bold) Naruto, but apparently it's Naruto. It's like how Americans pronounce French words with the emphasis on the second syllable, rather than the first...
Wacky World of Sports will be released in late 2009.
