You may remember last month I posted MTV's Wii usage stats - an analysis of the games people had been playing on their Wii. This included many Sega games, such as Sonic Unleashed and House of the Dead.
This month there are a few new entries joining the list, including our old friends Mario and Sonic. How unfortunate.
Anyway, to the stats! People played Sonic Unleashed for an average time of 11 hours and 24 minutes all together, which is twenty minutes more than last month. New entry Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games was played for an average of 10 hours and 46 minutes, although for around three sessions more than Sonic Unleashed. It seems people play minigame collections more times in short bursts.
Another new entry, Sonic and the Secret Rings, was played for an average of 10 hours and 5 minutes. Despite this game being better received than Sonic Unleashed, people play it less all together albeit more times.
House of the Dead, which featured on last month's list, has raised its total play time by five whole minutes bringing it to 5 hours and 23 minutes. The number of sessions is still low, remaining at around four or five.
Check back next month for March's usage stats. Here are this month's usage charts for now:
- Sonic Unleashed - 11 hours, 24 minutes
- Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games - 10 hours, 46 minutes
- Sonic and the Secret Rings - 10 hours, 5 minutes
- House of the Dead - 5 hours, 23 minutes
