Platinum Games gets a new logo

Platinum Games, the studio currently working on a few titles for Sega, have had a logo change. The new logo is much more rounded, and now has a shortened icon - "P*" - reminiscent of the RockStar "R*".

Instead of the "LA" of "Platinum" being conjoined, as on the old logo, the "UN" is, much like Mizuno. It takes something from everything!

Overall, I think the logo is worse, reflecting the genericism that is most modern design. The old logo was much better, but we will just have to get used to the new one.
