Some of the arcade games that are unlockable on Mega Drive Ultimate Collection have very narrow screens, and as such have new bezels to fill up our HD resolutions.
Zaxxon has a gradient background with the logo at the side, and Congo Bongo has a "jungle temple" style bezel.
The original Zaxxon didn't have much in the way of a bezel, with just side art. However, Congo Bongo did have a bezel so that could have been used, although there probably is not a high-quality version available.
All the other games seem to be in widescreen, so a bezel is not needed. Narrow screens were very common with earlier arcade games, with wider screens coming in during the mid-'80s.
