The new puzzler by Yuan Works, Wind and Water: Puzzle Battles, has been released this week and is the one of a few new Dreamcast games to come out this year. I reported a while back about preorders being available from redspotgames, which is now sending them out. You can also buy the game from Play-Asia.
Here is a video of the GP2X version. The Dreamcast version has more features and improved graphics.
