Is Sega planning to build a new SegaWorld in India?

According to the Economic Times Sega is in talks with DLF, a large real estate developer, to build an indoor theme park in India. Sega has had much success over the years with its indoor parks, most notably in London, Shanghai and Sydney.

Sega tried opening up an Indian games division in 1994 with Shaw Wallace Electronics, but this was unsuccessful. This would be Sega's first foray into India since then.

Recently Sega struck a deal with Dubai-based Emaar Properties to develop theme parks in Africa and Asia. The parks would promote Sega games and have attractions based on them.

I would love another SegaWorld, however in London, not India. I was desperate to go back in the day as it was advertised in Sonic the Comic. Oh well.
