A rumour is going round that the Japanese release of Sonic Unleashed will be delayed. Some retailers have been listing its release as Spring '09, although there has been no official confirmation from Sega.
This inevitably means that it will be delayed in the rest of the world also. It has not been mentioned which versions this affects, but it is presumably the PS3/Xbox 360 versions as they were meant to come out later anyway. It could even apply to all the versions.
This is very disappointing, but if its true at least Sega can take the time to perfect the game. I'm really hoping it turns out well.
